I have 4 un mounted 275-35-18 NT-01s apx 1/3 wear. I bought them used from a fellow with the intention of using them on my Lightning when the ones I have mounted wear out and they are not wearing out too fast.

2 would fit nicely on the back of the IS if you would like to use them I would gladly let you.
You may have to locate a couple wheels but if you plan on road courseing it you may want to get 4 wheels and I will make you a smokin deal on these!!!!!

Why do you tempt me? I figured on thrashing the stock Dunlops Smile when you say 1/3 wear is down 1/3 or 1/3 left?

Or you can borrow my track only 555DR's. They are still mounted on stock 2000 rims - ready to go.

Yum Chevies, Lightning like chevies, they taste like chicken. It was Camaro night last time I ran.

I buffed the truck and put a fresh coat of Zaino on. That should be good for two tenths Cool

They are sitting in storage waiting for you to heat them up. Give me a call if you want to try them.

yikes. massive events at firebird normally means extremely long waits in the lanes. thats no fun. though i'd love to eat some chevys i may save the frustration.

You make a good point. I would hate going out there, spending the whole night and only be able to make a couple of passes. Been there and done that.

Remember DRs still let you in the Slick Lane on the right. Don't wait as long over there. And you get to race some faster stuff.

if i was taking something fast out, that would be badass. but hunting for a 13 second slip isn't that fast imo. if i had a pair of slicks for the cobra, it would be coming out to go hunting (if the tech guys forgot about me). but when i am just going out to run the clock, i don't wanna get stuck with the two passes you get a firebird on an event weekend night. i hate to sound like a dork, but its fact.

So, how many of you are still planning on attending? I like the idea of little better prep on the track for the weekend. You know that the cars running the weekend will be out there T&Ting so I imagine they'll squirt some sticky stuff on the track for them. (Jeff, leave the sticky stuff alone)

I still plan on heading up there.

OK, we have the red trucks covered, and I think a white one. How about a blue one now? We need to show those chevies who's boss.

I'll be coming, doubt I'll bring the truck or run it, it's got nothing to prove, I'll most likely bring the IS and get a number on it.
